|Representation:||Henley Parish Council believes that the village is likely to need around 30 houses, including the 10-15 affordables mentioned in the CAS report, over the next ten years. |
The Parish Council believes this will dovetail with the requirements of the Joint Local Plan. The Parish Council believes that the type of housing should be a mix of sizes and styles, with perhaps the greatest emphasis in the smaller and affordable categories. It should include some open-market housing. A number of larger houses in the village are already occupied by older residents who would prefer smaller, bungalow-style homes.
