Representation: My client confirms that these sites remain available and achievable for development. Our client has advised that there are no known technical constraints relating to the site and therefore it is considered its development would be economically viable.

My client would support part development of the site (as highlighted in the SHELAA) at the present time, although the option may also remain to phase the development of the whole site over the wider Local Plan period.

Constraints and matters identified could be addressed through further detailed work, to be undertaken in due course.
