Representation 4582 on BMSDC Joint Local Plan Consultation Document (Interactive) by Woolverstone Parish Council (Mr Simon Pearce)

Support / Object: OBJECT
Document Link: BMSDC Joint Local Plan Consultation Document (Interactive) - HOUSING, Housing Requirement, Q7
Representation: No. We feel that this approach takes the "easy option". The inability of the District Council to deliver on the sites it has already given planning permission to should not define the approach to the new Joint Local Plan. There should be a clear examination of the problems that have led to this failure to deliver and a definition of possible solutions. Furthermore, neither should this inability to deliver hitherto give reason to target soft areas like rural "greenfield" sites. Please adopt Option HD2.
