Representation 7062 on BMSDC Joint Local Plan Consultation Document (Interactive) by Mr David Brown

Support / Object: OBJECT
Document Link: BMSDC Joint Local Plan Consultation Document (Interactive) - Sproughton , SS0206 - Land east of Church Lane
Representation: The land contributes to exceptional visual amenity along Hadleigh road entry to Ipswich and supports the setting of Red House .it is our area of outstanding natural beauty with an undulating landscape. It is as important to Sproughton much as Dedham Vale is important to a neighbouring context. Housing should not damage such a sensitive entrance to Ipswich and Chantry Park. Traffic impacts of housing cannot be accommodated by the current road links . Housing should have direct access to major arterial roads not onto Hadleigh Road.
Complies with the duty to Co-operate?Yes
