I fully appreciate the requirement for much needed housing in the area, however the plans to build such large new developments attached to a small village are incredibly poorly conceived. The Village school cannot accommodate the residents of Glemsford, let a lone hundreds of additional families/children.
The Doctors surgery is always fully booked and with additional residents moving into the village, all the residents, new and old, will suffer, having to go further afield to get simple treatment.
The roads in an out of the village a minor country roads which cannot be widened meaning increased congestion and the real possibility of serious accidents occurring with the volume of traffic moving through the village with hundreds of new residents.
The plans to build so many houses in a small village will cause many issues for new and existing residents alike.
