|Representation:||We should encourage reduced water usage. Recycling some brown water is useful provided there is enough and it can be topped up with collected rainfall. There is no way that a target of 110 litres/persons/day can be enforced.|
Setting a vague reduction target will help confidence and encourage responsible use provided suitable efficiency systems are in place.
