This land contributes to important visual amenity along the entrance to and exit from Ipswich along the Hadleigh Road and supports the context of the Red House in the landscape. This area of undulating landscape is part of our area of outstanding natural beauty and should be protected from being built on. The Hadleigh road itself is unable to cope with increased traffic that development of this valley will generate.
