Boundary change to include the AONB that is Gatton Field on Hadleigh Road is totally unjustified and should be resisted. Designated erroneously as there is no current planning permission granted before 31st March 2017 because that decision was overturned at JR. Text at top of page 76 appears to state that the decision to allocate sites would seem to have been taken already... so why ask which option is preferred on page 42 RG1 (criteria based approach assessing each chase on merit) v RG2 (allocating sites)?

Sites SS0180, SS0181 and SS0182 - these sites represent large blocks of land which are likely to contain species and/or habitats of nature conservation interest. Further assessment is therefore required to determine whether development in this location is likely to result in any adverse ecological impacts.

It is in an AONB, is contrary to the Neighbourhood Plan and has in any event been designated erroneously as there is no current planning permission granted before 31st March 2017 because that decision was overturned at JR.

Land between Gables and Gatton House, Hadleigh Road is shown on Appendix 3 plan as Development land. This is wrong as at time of plan land was not subject to any permission after JR quashed decision and new one not made. Interactive plans don't show it. Please clarify and correct. Although new permission granted still subject to JR appeal and cannot be regarded as Development site unless permission stands.

Re Boundary of AONB at Hadleigh Road, East Bergholt, I OBJECT to the change at the meadow next to Gatton House whereby new developmment could take place. There is no justification for this, nor demonstrated need.

I was really surprised that we received a request for views on the local plan for housing so soon after you have approved the three large applications in East Bergholt, despite having a neighbourhood plan approved by 95% of people who voted for it has been ignored. It feels this 'consultation' is just a procedure you go through yet ignore the public's views anyway.
Significant concerns regarding the type of houses, lack of spaces in the schools/medical practice, poor access to/from the A12. I am disgusted at how you claim you are consulting when opinions and facts are then disregarded.
