Representations on BMSDC Joint Local Plan Consultation Document (Interactive) - Kenton

Representation ID: 8695

OBJECT Mrs Chantelle Apps

Summary:

We understand the need for more housing and would support small developments on brownfield sites.
At present, there are no transport options, no utilities or community facilities apart from the church, no mains drainage, no pavements or streetlights & dreadful broadband & telecommunication problems.
Highways & pedestrian access would be pushed to a maximum with speeding issues already existing through the village.
In summary, 50 houses & building on any Grade 1 agricultural site is totally unacceptable.
