No known heritage assets within the site boundary which would be affected by the development of the site. The Grade II listed Eleys Cottages lies to the north east of the site. It is noted that the proposed site allocation boundary would not project further northwards beyond the line of existing neighbouring development which should help reduce its impact. Guidance on the scale and density of the
development ton this site should be provided in the policy and supporting text. Any development of the site has the potential to impact upon this heritage asset. The presence of this heritage asset should be considered carefully as part of the site allocation process.
