Development would landscape the area of flood risk, enabling community use and retaining and enhancing biodiversity on the site. Site comprises of former agricultural buildings. Well-related to Bildeston. Access via B1115. Anglia Water confirm sewage treatment works would not impend development of the site. Bildeston has a good range of shops, services and facilities and it is appropriate that the village has additional development, which is carefully desgined and well integrated.
Extensive and ongoing engagement has been made with the Parish Council and local groups. Planning application likely in early 2018.
