Our clients site represents a compelling, sustainable and immediately deliverable option and should be considered the most suitable location for future growth in the village. Assessment of poor pedestrian access to services is curious, as detailed footway upgrades will deliver a length of pavement from the bus stop on Cox Hill to the northernmost corner of our Client's land. It is clear that concerns raised within the SHELAA will be adequately overcome.
Having resolved the access issue our Client's site should be considered acceptable and sustainable in all other respects, albeit a short list of surmountable additional constraints which are responded to in the full representation.
