OBJECT Mr R Partridge


On behalf of the landowner we disagree with the Councils designation of this site as being 'not suiteable for residential development' and strongly support the inclusion of this site in the local plan as being suitable for residential development.
The site is well located with good access close to the A1071 and walking distance to the centre of Boxford therefore providing a sustainable location for development.
We refer to the further detail provided in our 2016 representaion and trust the Council will change their current designation.
