To the south of the site lies two Grade II listed buildings. The development of this
potential site allocation would result in the expansion of this small linear settlement.
The presence of these heritage assets and there settings should be considered
carefully as part of the site allocation process.

Of the six sites identified for Lawshall three are not appropriate.
SS0393 not appropriate. On the edge of the village and would spoil an excellent view. Difficult to access from road. It would just add to the linear development of the village and goes against the wishes of villagers expressed in the Neighbourhood Plan.

This site is not supported by Lawshall Parish Council. This site is contrary to current adopted planning policy in that it is not adjacent to a Built Up Area Boundary. Development of the site would constitute "ribbon" development and would be contrary to Policy LAW13 of the Neighbourhood Plan which seeks to protect identified important views and LAW3 which sets a ceiling of 5 dwellings on housing development sites.
