OBJECT The Gooderham Family and ESCO Developments Ltd represented by Cheffins Planning & Development (Mr Jon Jennings)
There are serious concerns as to whether an appropriate means of vehicular access can be created. The site is considered to represent an incursion into the open countryside and it is questioned how this site relates to the functional settlement of Bacton,
OBJECT Mr James Fowler
The access to this land is from Turkey Hall Lane with is a single track lane with passing places. It has to be used by large vehicles and farm vehicles which cannot go under the railway bridge. A large development here would increase traffic which this road cannot support. The road junctions at either end of Turkey Hall Lane and Clay lane has very restricted visibility in both directions and this could make it more dangerous to have increased traffic flow. The lane is much used for walkers accessing rights of way.
