SS0130 Already has an outline application for 64 dwellings. Close to the village amenities and connected by a footpath.

As with SS0266 and SS0088 there are concerns that development in this location will effectively split the village into two parts and have a detrimental impact on this historic part of Bacton.

Woodward Ave could be extended and a cul-de-sac added for a few houses but the whole field to be developed next to the sewerage works is far too large a development & not needed in this area where the byway from the village hall to Finningham, and quiet road of Turkey hall Lane is used for recreation purposes walkers and riders. The open nature of the field would be visually unappealing. The field is a greenfield site and should remain as good farmland.
