On behalf of our clients, Llanover Estates, we support the inclusion of the site within the Local Plan. In this regard, we note that an application is under consideration and we expect that upon grant of planning permission a developer would be brought onboard in order to prepare Reserved Matters applications. In this regard, we confirm that subject to that above, the site would contribute 69 dwellings within the first 5 year period.

There is currently an outline planning application for up to 69 dwellings in process, with significant opposition to the proposed access from Diss Road adjacent to the grade 2 listed Tollgate House.
If a suitable access can be agreed and development is approved for this site, it should be progressively built out, to assist absorption into the community and progressive development of the infrastructure, such as Health Centre, Primary School, sewage, drainage and water supplies etc.
