This is currently an open space bordered by trees and hedges which shield our property and several others from noise and pollution from the A14, some of which has already been recently removed. This is a residential area and as such is unsuitable for any development causing noise and/or pollution. Road access is unsuitable for any substantial increase in traffic generated by this development. Both bee and pyramidal orchids are present on this site.

The housing would increase traffic into Claydon.
Without major road improvements this would grid lock Claydon at peak commuting times
