Summary:

One site is being considered for allocation in Creeting St Peter. It is a relatively large
site to the immediate north of the A14. There are no known designate heritage assets
within the proposed site allocation boundary but the grade II listed Glebe House is
located to the north of the site and so its development has the potential to impact
upon the setting of this heritage asset. The presence of this heritage assets and its
setting should be considered carefully as part of the site allocation process.
