The proposal would read as an infill and is a logical extension to the village and settlement boundary. Some impact on open countryside is inevitable to meet the Council's housing need and growth objectives, and the impact that would occur is not significantly adverse when considered against other sites included as preferred options. The reasons for discounting the site are clearly not justified and we request that the Council reconsider the above site accordingly.
