The windfall plot to the north negates the need for additional housing in the south.
Gislingham has given far more than its fair share of housing provision for Suffolk.This addition will increase our contribution to 67 excluding other small plots of infill.
It creates intolerable traffic on Back St and Finningham Rd. Both are single track lanes.
The southern end of Gislingham has the majority of Grade 2 buildings and this development will spoil that traditional character.
It will be severe encroachment on open countryside adversely affecting the enjoyment of the whole village and the prestige of its southern approach.
