Summary:

It is unclear why these sites have been discounted. Thorough and proper site assessments have not been undertaken and the reasons provided for not including the sites are not valid reasons.

Whilst there is no existing footpath on Nuttery Vale Road, there is a made footpath located on Cross Street from the junction with Nuttery Vale leading to the Primary School. Nuttery Vale is a quiet road which is sufficiently wide for
pedestrians and vehicles to safely pass. There is good visibility from the site to Cross
Street. The development would have limited visual impact and would not
have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the surrounding
countryside.
