Summary:

Previous work determined that this area is unsuitable for development (SHELAA).
Further developments have in the immediate area since then have not included any improvement to infrastructure.
That area has no mains sewage, is liable to flooding further down the hill. The access road is a narrow lane. There is no pedestrian pavement beyond Windyridge Road. The junction at the bottom of Rising Sun Hill, is used for school drop off and is dangerous.
Other areas of infrastructure which would need attention include Woolpit Health Centre and access from the A14 to the village.
